Can I also order by phone at PLEIN PUBLIQUE?

Unfortunately, ordering by phone is not possible. But you can ask for advice by phone, we are always available to give you a professional sales pitch (Yeah, we are having fun).

How do I find the right size?

Well, that is always difficult. PLEIN PUBLIQUE 's sizes are neither bigger nor smaller fitting. The size you always wear should suffice. There is often extra information with the article itself, you can find this under 'size info', see image.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Of course! Great idea! Send an email to hello[@]pleinpublique.com and we will help you play the part of (secret) santa. Your gift will be - without invoice - shipped to any delivery addresses within the EU.


How do I know if an item is in stock?

Everything is usually in stock, but it may be that the popularity is over the top and the item is sold out. In this case the size option will be displayed in a light gray color -and you won't be able to select this size. But watch out, even if your new sweater is in your virtual shopping basket, another customer can still buy it if they pay before you do. The one who pays first, wins; You are only sure of your order once the payment has been completed. We give you that extra excitement free of charge :-)

 

Can I still change my order after I have completed the payment?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Choices, choices, choices, sometimes it is a little too much, isn't it? You can, of course, place a new order and send back the first one. Cumbersome, but it is possible. We can't do more for you right now...

 

Ik heb nog geen trackingnummer ontvangen van jullie. Hoe weet ik wanneer mijn bestelling wordt afgeleverd?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation of the order by email. Once the package has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. Normally your package will be delivered the next day, but sometimes it takes two days. Patience is a virtue………….


I have not yet received a tracking number from you, how do I know when my order will be delivered?
Within two working days at the latest – With some exceptions, but if this is the case we will tell you.

 

My order has not been completely delivered, is it possible that the rest of my order will still be delivered?
That is possible, but we always try to deliver the whole order in one go. Sometimes we feel sorry to keep you waiting – and will send you part of your order in advance. If you have an account, you can read your order status via the site.
