From our online boutique, PLEIN PUBLIQUE develops a women's collection with sustainable future classics full of joie de vivre - created with love & respect for women and the world. Because in addition to developing beautiful items, we also donate 1% of our turnover back to nature.
We are growing fast, have dozens of ideas and more and more people and projects in our marketing machine. That is why we are looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our team.
THE JOB
You love all things marketing and are skilled at strategically streamlining different paid and organic marketing channels.
You are also analytic and you like to take the lead, getting the best out of the marketing team. You want to grow!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Translating creatieve ideas from the creative team to concrete campaigns, briefings, (content)planning and tasks
- Keep a data-driven helicopter-view over the different paid & social marketing channels: paid, social, influencer, affiliate, OOH
- Apply strategy and structure in the creative heads of the founder and the marketing team
- Report results and goals

- You are good at bridging between daily marketing and long-term visions and plans of the brand

- You are analytical and can grasp chances for growth, both in marketing campaigns and team work
- You work in a structured manner and have no trouble creating an overview, both for you and others
- You are experienced with managing people and teams
- You are proactief, flexible, eager to learn and not afraid to try new things
THE MUSTHAVES 🤪
- Flexible, autonomous and pro-active. Also known as having a start-up mentality
- No 9-5 mentality
- Analytical, problem-solving and a a good sparring partner
- A minimum of 2 years experience in online marketing in e-commerce
