Returns

Having doubts? No problem. You have 21 days to return your package, after which we’ll refund your purchase amount. At the same time, we ask you to shop consciously when it comes to sale items – with both your heart and your mind. Large orders where half of the items are returned aren’t great for the planet (and honestly… that doesn’t make us very happy either).

Something doesn’t fit or suit you? Hold off on returning it right away. Maybe you’ll make a friend, aunt, sister, mother, daughter, or ex 😅 happy instead. That way you’re doing something good – for yourself, for them, and for Mother Earth 🌱

Material & Washing Instruction

Fabric// Viscose is made from the 100% natural raw material cellulose, which is extracted from (parts of) plants and trees. The cellulose is processed through a technical process into a soft, strong and supple yarn for woven and knitted textiles. Viscose has the same pleasant properties as cotton - moisture absorbent, cool, washable - but is softer, more supple and colorfast.

Wash instructions// Can be machine washed, but do not wash hotter than 30˚ Celsius and preferably on a wool or silk program. Turning your garment inside out and putting it in a laundry bag is always a good idea.

Boo! Viscose shrinks when wet, but once the moisture has evaporated your garment miraculously grows back to its original size. Viscose is usually ironed back to length in no time. Ironing by the way...always do it with your item turned inside out and at the recommended temperature. Spin on low speeds, and the dryer is a big nono. On the bright side: if your garment is not yet ready for a wash, lightly spraying it with a flower spray and hanging it out on a hanger is the quickest remedy against wrinkles and odors.
