RUILEN & RETOURNEREN

HEY HI HELLO

Ben je happy met je aankoop? Mooi, dan zijn wij dat ook. Hurray! Natuurlijk mag je ons altijd een foto sturen om te laten zien hoe blij je bent :-).

Wil je wel een artikel ruilen of retourneren? Dat kan bij ons binnen 21 dagen na ontvangst van je pakket. Het is niet mogelijk om artikelen te retourneren buiten deze gestelde retourtermijn. Het aanmelden van een retour is heel eenvoudig. Hieronder leggen wij uit hoe dit in zijn werk gaat:

RUILEN

Ruilen voor een ander artikel is natuurlijk geen enkel probleem. En het mooie is, je kunt dit eigenlijk gewoon helemaal zelf doen.
Meld je artikel aan als RETOUR via ons RETOUREN PLATFORM en stuur het artikel volgens de onderstaande retourinstructie aan ons terug. Zodra we je retourzending hebben ontvangen, zal het aankoopbedrag aan je worden teruggestort en kun je het gewenste artikel bestellen.

We snappen het helemaal dat je niet wilt wachten totdat de retour door ons verwerkt is, dus je kunt er zelf voor kiezen meteen een ander artikel te bestellen; je hebt de ruiling dan lekker snel in huis. Maar je kunt dus ook gewoon wachten op de terugstorting en pas daarna het gewenste artikel bestellen. De keus is aan jou…

RETOUREN PLATFORM

RETOURNEREN

Jammer dat het artikel niet naar wens is, maar kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Vul je gegevens (ordernummer & emailadres) in op ons RETOUREN PLATFORM. Hier geef je aan welk artikel je retour wilt sturen en waarom, en de rest spreekt vanzelf.
Je ontvangt automatisch van ons een retourlabel. Stuur het artikel volgens de onderstaande retourinstructie aan ons terug. Zodra wij je retourzending hebben ontvangen, zal het aankoopbedrag aan je worden teruggestort.

Het kan natuurlijk gebeuren dat je artikelen uit verschillende bestellingen wilt ruilen of retourneren. Het is natuurlijk geen probleem om alle retouren in 1 pakket aan ons terug te sturen en dus maar 1 retourlabel te gebruiken. Graag zelfs! Dat scheelt weer pakketjes en een hele kleine footprint :-) Meld wel voor elke bestelling apart de retouren aan via onderstaande retourinstructies en doe voor de zekerheid een briefje in de doos met de verschillende bestelnummers. Dat is wel zo makkelijk voor het retourenmagazijn!

Wel belangrijk dat je de retourzending via ons RETOUREN PLATFORM aanmeldt. Je ontvangt dan meteen het retourlabel en dan is het voor het magazijn ook duidelijk waar deze zending vandaan komt. Is een retour niet aangemeld, dan kunnen we deze om die reden helaas niet accepteren.

RETOUREN PLATFORM

RETOURINSTRUCTIE

Hieronder lees je de retourinstructie:

  • Ga naar ons RETOUREN PLATFORM en vul je gegevens (ordernummer & emailadres) in
  • Geef aan welk artikel je retour wilt sturen en waarom
  • Pak het artikel, indien mogelijk, weer in de originele verpakking in. De te retourneren artikelen zijn ongedragen, ongewassen en voorzien van alle aangehechte labels en kaartjes
  • Print het retourlabel uit en plak deze over de oude sticker/barcode heen op het pakket en/of verwijder oude verzendlabels zoveel mogelijk
  • Lever het pakket in bij het pakketpunt
  • Vergeet niet om het afleverbewijs goed te bewaren

Het kan natuurlijk gebeuren dat je artikelen uit verschillende bestellingen wilt ruilen of retourneren. Je ontvangt hiervoor dan verschillende retourlabels. Het is natuurlijk geen probleem om alle retouren in 1 pakket aan ons terug te sturen en dus maar 1 retourlabel te gebruiken. Graag zelfs! Dat scheelt weer pakketjes en een hele kleine footprint :-)

Enige wat je hoeft te doen is ons even een berichtje in het RETOUREN PLATFORM te sturen en een briefje met beide ordernummers in het pakket te doen.

P.S.: De andere retourlabels kun je dan gewoon negeren.
