Our faux denim print. The best of both worlds: the look of denim, the feel of viscose satin. The print is a close-up of blue denim, with the distinctive diagonal line structure. Ideal for moments when 'real' denim is not an option (too casual, too heavy) - but also not to be ignored as a subtle fashion statement. Material & Washing instructions

Fabric// 100% matte satin viscose.

Viscose is made from the 100% organic raw material cellulose, which is extracted from (parts of) plants and trees. The cellulose is processed through a technical process into a soft, strong and supple yarn for woven and knitted textiles. Viscose has the same pleasant properties as cotton - moisture absorbent, cool, washable - but is softer, more supple and colourfast.

Washing instructions// Can be machine washed, but do not wash hotter than 30˚ Celsius and preferably on a wool or silk program. Turning your blouse inside out and putting it in a laundry bag is always a good idea.

Boo! Viscose shrinks when wet, but once the moisture has evaporated your garment miraculously grows back to its original size. Viscose is usually ironed back to length in no time. Ironing by the way...always do it with the blouse turned inside out and at the recommended temperature. Spin on low speeds, and the dryer is a big nono. On the bright side: if your garment is not yet ready for a wash, spraying it lightly with a flower sprayer and hanging it out on a hanger is the quickest remedy against wrinkles and odours.
